I built Gate without writing code. Every feature, every pipeline stage, every security layer was delegated to AI agents through structured prompts — and that’s the point. Gate is its own proof of concept: an orchestration system built entirely by the orchestration system it ships. The security stack — Rashomon as a transparent proxy with shadow safety classification, Shinobi Scan for static analysis — exists because I don’t trust defaults, and neither should you. If you’ve been managing AI agents by hand, Gate is what happens when you stop doing that.
